Buddy concept
At Avotus, we have a warm and informal culture that encourages employees to form relationships with each other. To help new joinees quickly adjust to their new workplaces, we assign them each a buddy who will help him or her learn the ropes and get to know other Avotus colleagues.
Career manager
The Avotus Career Manager Program is a one-to-one professional relationship between employees with different levels of experience and expertise. The focus of this program is to help employees build relationships and share their knowledge. The program ensures that new employees are guided, nurtured, encouraged and motivated by seniors in the organization. |

| Training |
It is not necessarily what a person knows or what they have accomplished that Avotus looks for when hiring new employees, but who they are, how they think and what they are able capable of doing. At Avotus, we recognize the intensity of individual goals and the importance of an encouraging work environment in helping people meet these goals. To help new employees quickly become a contributing member of our community, we host a comprehensive new employee orientation program called “Boot Camp” that educates employees on our vision, beliefs and focus areas.
We also believe in equipping our people with the right skills to stay current with the latest technology and business trends. Our strategy is to develop competent professionals across the organization while nurturing the ambitions and growth of the individual. As part of our dedication to help our people be the best they can be, we continuously assess employees’ competence levels and identify their training needs. It is our goal to provide each employee with a minimum of 40 hours of training per year.
